Monkey Gland Cocktail

"Not the most appetizing of names, but a refreshing gin cocktail just the same. Swap out the Pernod with a dash of Benedictine if the mood strikes."

Ingredients :

  • 1 1/2 cups ice
  • 2 fluid ounces gin
  • 1 fluid ounce fresh orange juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pernod
  • 2 dashes grenadine
  • 1 (3 inch) piece orange peel

Instructions :

Prep : 5M Cook : 1M Ready in : 5M
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in gin, orange juice, Pernod, and grenadine. Shake well and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
